The XML Highway Document Archiving and Retrieval Service allows you to
archive some or all of the documents that you process through the XML Highway.
This facility is a web-based service, and subject to subscription, is one
of the many options members have access to through the XML Highway Administration
Client 'website'.
The easy-to-use web interface allows members to request documents from the
archive using a variety of search criteria and also enables documents to
be viewed through the browser.
For members wishing to obtain 'hard copies' of their archived documents,
an Archive Request ensures your archive is written to removable media such
as a CD or DVD, for shipment to you.
Requesting A Document Archive
When making your Archive Request, you may choose any valid combination of
the following criteria:
Document
Type.
Document
Number Range.
Date
Range.
Trading
Partner the document(s) was received from.
Trading
Partner the document(s) was sent to.
Using A Document Archive
Upon receipt of your Archive CD/DVD, mount it onto your desktop PC and display
the Archive Homepage in your browser. Here you may search for documents
using the criteria above.
Following a search, a list of documents is displayed with summary information,
from where you may:
Preview
a printable version of the document, where available.
OR:
View
the document data where a printable version is not available.
